Ifanca Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited has developed and implemented procedure in compliance with the requirements of Halal Standards.
IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited identifies analyses and documents any possible conflict of interest that arises from the certification processes including the established relations. If some relations create potential impartiality threats, IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited documents and eliminates such threats. It is necessary in order to cover all possible source of conflict of interests’ that are identified regardless of their origin. IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited requires all employees and contractors to comply with the impartiality rules as well as with all other procedures and requirements.
IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not undertake any activity that could endanger the impartiality and/or represent the potential conflict of interests. In case where certain situations create unacceptable impartiality threat, the certification activity will not be conducted.
IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not certify another certification body for its activities related to Halal Management System Certification. IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not allow in any way conducting activities that are conflict of interests such as advertising or providing management system consultant services. IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited can take action to correct inappropriate claims by any consultancy organization stating or implying that certification would be simpler, easier, faster, or less expensive if IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited were used. When potential impartiality threats arise IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited takes all possible measures to eliminate it.
IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not certify organizations where Ifanca Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited is a part of or it is a member. IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not provide internal audits for its certified clients. IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not provide certification services to a customer when relations between the consulting company and IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited could lead impartiality threat. IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not receive directly or indirectly any financial support other than the charges of its services from the clients.
IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not pay any commissions to consultants therefore no pressure exercised on the IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited by consultants. IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not allow any pressure from other certification bodies to influence the certification process in the organization. If other IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited declines to provide service for customer and the customer request the same service from IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited, then IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited investigates the reasons for declining before performing any other certification activities for the respective customer. In all cases IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex Pvt Limited does not allow any pressure from partners and others if the client is in compliance with the applicable documents and procedures.
