At IFANCA Pakistan Halal Apex (Pvt) Ltd, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and credible Halal certification services. The fee structure is designed based on organization size, product type, process complexity, and other factors affecting certification activities.
1. Application & Initial Assessment Fee
This fee covers initial certification activities including application processing, documentation
review, raw material evaluation, administrative/legal processing, and preliminary assessment.
- Application Fee: USD 40 (includes administrative & legal costs)
- Raw Material Evaluation: Included in application assessment
2. Audit Fees (Stage 1 & Stage 2)
Audit fees are calculated on a man-day basis depending on audit location:
– Within City: USD 250 per man-day
– Out of City: USD 290 per man-day
These fees include Stage 1 (document review) and Stage 2 (on-site audit).
3. Travel & Accommodation
Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in audit fees. These shall be arranged
and borne by the applicant or reimbursed on actual basis as applicable.
4. Fee Determination Factors
Total certification cost may vary depending on:
- Organization size and complexity
- Number of sites and production lines
- Product category and risk level
- Audit man-days required
- Scope of certification
5. General Conditions
All fees are tentative and subject to final confirmation after application review. Final charges
shall be agreed with the client prior to commencement of certification activities.
