Tegreen Product in South Africa

March 8, 2019 – We recently received a number of inquiries about the Nu Skin product Tegreen, marketed under the Pharmanex brand, from consumers and distributors in South Africa, questioning the halal status of the product.The question concerns the source of the gelatin used in the product. It appears that inquiries to the company Support Center may have been misunderstood or erroneous.

While IFANCA has certified some Tegreen production destined for Asian markets, we have not certified the product for the South African market. The markets for which the product is halal certified are clearly listed on our website, Certified-Products.
